Assembly Planning, Intelligently Automated.

More time for what matters – faster, cheaper error-free assembly planning!
What can Assemblio offer?

Your assembly planning is still extremely time-consuming and personnel and thus cost-intensive?

With Assemblio, you not only reduce the planning effort to a minimum, but can also avoid errors in advance and thus save time and money. Without any expert knowledge.

With our Assembly Suite, your CAD models are reused for assembly planning. Your assembly plans are created intuitively with just a few clicks. Assembly instructions can then be automatically exported into video, text or interactive formats.

How does Assemblio work?
The Assemblio technology is based on artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to extract information on assembly directions and possible sequences from standardized STEP files within a very short time. These are processed in machine understandable form and forwarded to our Assembly Composer.
How do I use Assemblio?

Our software products Assembly Composer and the assembly support KIM are intuitively designed and can be mastered within a very short time.

Just load your CAD model and start working – our tools make it easy to create assembly instructions and assembly support for workstations. Since our software is based on web technologies, no additional hardware is needed.

What does Assemblio cost?
For Assemblio Assembly Composer and KIM we offer different licenses. Just contact us to get an offer.
